Robert Frost and his heirs and assigns: THE ROAD NOT TAKEN.
“Is Frost out of copyright?” his nibs asked.
“Could be, I suppose,” I answered. “All depends on whether his heirs and assigns renewed during that period when copyrights needed to be renewed.”
