I hadn’t really grasped how well you can see Mt. Diablo from where you are. That is a great shot. I mean, it’s pretty frickin’ far away.

When the air is clear, Mt. Diablo is RIGHT THERE. When it isn’t, you can barely see it at all. Yesterday, the mountain was clear and the sun was rising right behind it …
